PSD file containing all layers of the header shown above. Theres one layer that contains a font that might not work if you dont have it, but a dialogue box should pop up and tell you the name so you can search and download it! anyway i hope this is useful to ya comment let me know what you think!

Click download to get the .psd file. (If you have any trouble opening the file, please contact a mod.) The font used is Av Qest, which can be downloaded here.

The folders /layers are are to edit are marked in CAPITALS. Please refrain from modifying other layers in any way.

Place a full-body image of your character on the magical circle. Your character must be drawn in uniform. You may add headshots /chibis etc. to the side, if you wish, but it is entirely optional.

Edit the info boxes with required information. Adjust the layer mask of the stat heptagon to reflect the current approximate stats of your character as well as indicate their further development (only one stat may be maxed).


► Written part

Name: (your character’s name; they may be any ethnicity, as the students of Avalon come from all around the world)

Gender: (Male or female; traps /cross-dressers are accepted, but you still have to state their actual gender here.)

Date of Birth: (‘does not know /remember’ is not a valid option; while you may have a character that does not know their exact date of birth if justified, you are still required to put it down as an objective observer, just add a note that they do not know it themselves.)

Height /Weight:

Age: (Since this is an Academy setting, approx. 18-23; it can be younger or older as well, depending on their home country schooling system. Prodigies that enter Academy super-young are allowed, but please contact a mod beforehand if you are considering making one, as we will only be admitting a few.)

Year: (all courses have 4 years with the exception of medicine, which has 5.)

Course: (refer to Courses, Dorms and Clubs journal.)

Dorm: (you should leave this one empty; you will be assigned to a dorm later.)

Clubs: (must have at least one; check the Courses, Dorms and Clubs journal for more information.)



Level: (you start out as Level 1)

Current exp: (starting at 0; in the future, write down the overall exp as well as the exp in relation to current level, e.g.; 370 | 70/100 )

Note that all entries except the ones with a star are compulsory; you will be rejected if you remove any of those. You are free to add your own if you wish, however.
